Please Note:

Minimum of 20 people for a private room. Groups less than 20 people are subject to a $100 to $150 private room fee depending on room selection.

To avoid damage to wallpaper or paint, the affixing of anything to the wall, floor or ceiling of rooms is not permitted. Use of certain decorations requires management approval before use. Confetti, glitter and ‘silly string’ CANNOT be used in the facility or on the grounds. A cleaning fee will be assessed if these items are used.

A N. Y. State sales tax of 8 3/8 % and a gratuity of 20% will be added to the total bill.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date.

Please note, the preferred method of payment on all private parties is cash or check due two weeks prior to your event by check or cash. If attendance is greater than the guarantee the bill will be adjusted accordingly the day of the event.
